Debbie's Mane Concern initially opened in April 1981. We are a full service salon, including, but not limited to, all aspects of hair and nails. Color, curl, and design, nail additions and art, and hair removal by waxing. At DMC, we LOVE what we do! We are proud to say that our outstanding associates "stand together" through the years. In this industry, it is virtually unheard of for a group of associates to stay together for 10, 20, and even more than 30 years. However, that is exactly how it works here. I am proud to say that as DMC has grown over the years, early associates have grown with us and help train and nurture the newcomers. We are grateful that our long-time clients still refer us to their family and friends. We are about hair and nail care, but we are also about family, friends and community. DMC has hosted cut-a-thons, walk-a-thons, work days with churches, schools and organizations throughout the years. We have raised and donated well over $200,000.00 to deserving groups since we opened. DMC credits our success to the clientele and camaraderie of the associates. Many clients compare us to Steel Magnolias. It is a place you come to share your happy times, sad times, recipes and pictures. We specialize in color correction and special occasion styling.
We are certified in multiple color lines, including, but not limited to Organic Colour Systems, Redken, and Pulp Riot. We are also certified in Organic Curl systems, Curlisto, Satin Smooth, Keratin Complex, and CND & LCN nail systems. All associates are certified in Barbicide COVID-19 sanitation and sterilization procedures.
